FOR NEW APPLICANTS: This is Day 1 of IL Concealed Carry. It covers the first eight hours of the course, to include safety, pistol basics (loading/unloading, basic pistol operation, stance, etc.). After completing this session, you will be ready to take IL CCL Day 2, where you will complete requirements for obtaining your IL CCL, including the shooting requirement.
