FOR CURRENT IL CCL HOLDERS: This is a three-hour class that will bring you up to speed on Illinois laws regarding concealed carry. It includes a shooting qualification (the same qualification you shot on a B-27 target when you first took your CCL class). You already know there is no written exam, so don't panic, and sign up.
After successful completion of the CCL Renewal Course you are able to apply for your CCL renewal with the Illinois State Police. Once approved, you won't have to worry about it for another five years!
You MUST have your Firearm Owners Identification Card (FOID) as well as your about-to-be or already expired CCL for this class.

We will shoot the qualification at Silver Lake Sportsmen's Club following classroom time. This is an outdoor range, so dress accordingly. Range fee is included. Bring a minimum of 50 rounds of ammunition.
